新能源车型后制动器Moan噪音分析与工程实践

Analysis and improvement of Moan noise for new energy car's rear brake

摘要 以某新能源车型制动Moan噪音问题的测试排查分析过程为例,系统地阐述了制动Moan噪音发生的原理,给出工程控制的措施,并进行了实车改进方案的有效性验证,同时发现新能源车型相比传统燃油车更容易激发制动Moan噪音的潜在影响因素,对提升制动NVH性能工程开发具有较重要的借鉴和指导意义。 Taking a NEV brake moan noise solving experience as an example,the generating principle of brake Moan noise was systematically explained,the control methods of engineering were given,and the effectiveness of control methods in the real vehicle was verified.Meanwhile,the influence factors,which were more likely to motivate brake moan noise on NEV cars compared to traditional fuel cars were discovered.This has important reference and directive significance for the engineering development of brake NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness).
