基于OptiStruct的汽车轮毂轻量化设计研究

摘要 基于有限元分析方法,采用拓扑优化理论对某车型轮毂结构开展轻量化设计研究,提出不同约束条件下的轻量化轮毂方案,进行对比分析。首先依据现有车型数据设计初始轮毂结构,基于车辆运行的典型工况校核原始模型的服役强度,之后结合拓扑优化方法研究不同工艺约束、体积约束条件下的轻量化方案,并考察优化设计方案的可行性及合理性,为轮毂结构的轻量化设计提供一定的参考依据。 Based on the finite element analysis method and the topology optimization theory,the lightweight design of a vehicle hub structure was studied,and the lightweight hub schemes under different constraints were proposed and compared.Firstly,the initial hub structure was designed according to the existing vehicle data,and the service strength of the original model was checked based on the typical operating conditions of the vehicle.Then,the lightweight scheme under different process constraints and volume constraints was studied by combining the topology optimization method,and the feasibility and rationality of the optimization design scheme was investigated,which provided a certain reference basis for the lightweight design of the hub structure.
