自拟强腰汤加减联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴坐骨神经痛的疗效观察

The curative effect of self-made Qiangyao decoction combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of lumbar disc herniation with sciatica

目的探讨自拟强腰汤加减联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)伴坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法使用随机数表法将2022年4月~2023年4月在三亚市人民医院就诊的128例LDH伴坐骨神经痛患者分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64)。对照组接受电针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服自拟强腰汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、疼痛程度和腰椎功能。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分、PRI、VAS、PPI评分和ODI指数均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),而JOA评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后中医证候积分、PRI、VAS、PPI评分和ODI指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟强腰汤加减与电针联合治疗可有效缓解LDH伴坐骨神经痛患者临床症状,对于提高患者腰椎功能有积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Qiangyao decoction combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with sciatica.Methods A total of 128 patients with LDH combined with sciatica treated in Sanya People’s Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were divided into the control group(n=64)and observation group(n=64)by random number table method.The control group received electroacupuncture therapy,and the observation group was treated with self-made Qiangyao decoction on the basis of control group.The score of TCM,pain degree and lumbar function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM,PRI,VAS,PPI,and ODI in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while JOA score was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM,PRI,VAS,PPI,and ODI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),while JOA score was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of self-made Qiangyao decoction and electroacupuncture can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with LDH combined with sciatica,and has a positive effect on improving the lumbar function.
