摘要
目的了解中国护理学一级学科授权点博士研究生导师队伍结构及招生情况,为护理学科发展提供参考。方法收集并整理2021年24所院校中护理学博士研究生导师信息,分析护理学博士研究生导师数量、结构、分布、招生数量及招生方向。结果24所院校护理学博士研究生导师共计120名,招收108名博士,师均招生不足1人。护理学博士研究生导师以女性为主(77.5%),年龄集中于50~59岁(60.0%),职称以正高级为主(95.0%),最高学历以博士为主(76.7%)。导师分布与招生主要集中于东部地区、双一流院校、综合院校、学科等级为B级的院校,招生集中于25个方向。结论护理学博士点数量少,现有博士导师数量不足,结构不合理,分布不均衡,招生方向不规范。建议通过增加授权点,加强导师队伍建设,合理配置导师资源,优化导师结构,明确护理二级学科方向等措施来改善以上问题。
Objective To understand the structure and enrollment of doctoral supervisors of first-level nursing disciplines in China,and to provide reference for the development of nursing disciplines.Methods The information of nursing doctoral supervisors in 24 sample universities in 2021 was collected and sorted out.Descriptive statistical method was used to analyze the number,structure,distribution,enrollment number and enrollment direction of nursing doctoral supervisors.Results There are 120 nursing supervisors in the sample colleges,108 PhD students are enrolled,with an average enrollment of less than one student per teacher.The majority of doctoral supervisors were female(77.5%),aged 50-59 years old(60.0%),mainly with senior professional titles(95.0%),and doctoral degrees(76.7%).The distribution and enrollment of tutors were mainly concentrated in the eastern region,double first-class colleges and universities,comprehensive colleges and universities with subject level B,and enrollment was concentrated in 25 professional directions.Conclusion The number of nursing doctoral programs is small,the number of existing doctoral supervisors is insufficient,the structure is unreasonable,the distribution is unbalanced,and the enrollment direction is not standardized.The above problems can be improved by increasing the authorization points,strengthening the construction of the contingent of tutors,rationally allocating the tutor resources,optimizing the tutor structure,and clarifying the direction of secondary nursing disciplines.
