摘要
在核设施中,为了保证设备室、热室释放的气载放射性物质不向周围房间扩散,需要使房间维持一定的负压。通过调节进、排风管道上的阀门,可以使进、排风量保持一定的差值,从而满足房间的负压要求。本文以某核化工项目固化线房间通风系统为例,利用FLoMASTER软件建立了通风管网模型。通过调研得到了系统中风机的特性曲线及过滤器的阻力特性曲线,模拟分析了调节不同阀门对固化线房间负压和风量变化的影响。
In nuclear facilities,in order to ensure that the airborne radioactive materials released from the equipment room and the hot cell do not spread to the surrounding rooms,it is necessary to keep a certain negative pressure in the rooms.By adjusting the valves on the air inlet and exhaust pipes,the inlet and exhaust air volume can be maintained to a certain difference,so as to meet the negative pressure requirements of the rooms.In this paper,taking the ventilation systems of solidification line rooms of a nuclear chemical project as an example,the model of the ventilation pipe network is established by using the FLoMASTER software.Based on the investigation,the characteristic curve of the fan and the resistance characteristic curve of the filter in the system are obtained,and the influence of adjusting different valves on the negative pressure and air volume of the solidification line rooms is simulated and analysed.
