摘要
为实现输电线路货运索道自动化设计技术,依托GIS(Geographic Information System)平台,结合三维地理信息数据,提出可自动适应地形的货运索道中间支架自动选取方法,并根据架设经济成本获得了索道路径的选取方案。提出索道结构设计计算方法,考虑了承载索与牵引索、承载索与载荷等多重耦合作用,建立了完整、全面的索道理论分析模型,实现了货运索道系统的耦合分析计算。分别对横梁、支腿、鞍座、运行小车、转向滑车等索道标准化部件进行结构受力分析,结合索道结构设计计算方法提出了部件选型方法,实现了索道部件三维场景可视化展示并形成索道设计施工方案。针对实际工程完成了货运索道的路径自动选取及结构设计,各项数据满足使用需求。文章提出的方法可提高货运索道设计分析效率,减少技术人员现场勘查工作量。
In order to realize the automatic design technology of material ropeway of transmission line,based onGIS(Geographic Information System)platform and 3D geographic information data,an automatic selection method for intermediate trestle of material ropeway which can automatically adapt to terrain is put forward,and the selection scheme of material ropeway path selection is obtained according to the economic cost of material ropeway erection.The structural design calculation method of material ropeway is proposed,in the calculation method,multiple coupling effects of carrying rope and pulling rope,carrying rope and load are considered,a complete and comprehensive theoretical analysis model of material ropeway is proposed to achieve the coupling analysis and calculation of material ropeway.The structural stress analysis is carried out on the standard components of the material ropeway,such as crossbeam,leg,saddle,running car and steering pulley,the component selection method is proposed in combination with the calculation method of the material ropeway,the three-dimensional scene visual display of material ropeway is realized,and the design and construction scheme is formed.According to a transmission line project,the path selection and structure design of material ropeway are completed,and all data meet the construction requirements.The method proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of the design and analysis of material ropeway and reduce the workload of technicians on site investigation.
