基于CATIA的飞机重量重心估算方法研究

摘要 在现代飞机设计过程中,飞机重量重心的设计贯穿飞机研制、生产、改装和使用全过程。重量重心计算涉及机体、机载设备、电缆、标准件等多个部件,计算难度大,涉及范围广、周期长、成本高。基于飞机的总体布置,利用CATIA三维数模测量惯量工具,可快速估算出飞机重量重心,并通过对某型飞机进行实际称重对比,结果在允许误差范围内,可为后续快速估算飞机重量重心提供理论参考,缩短计算周期,减小飞机总体布局重心误差。 The design of the aircraft weight center of gravity is carried out throughout the whole process of aircraft development,production,modification and use.The calculation of weight and center of gravity involves multiple components such as airframe,air-borne equipment,cables,standard parts,etc.,which is difficult to calculate,involves a wide range,long cycle and high cost.Based on the overall arrangement of the aircraft,the center of gravity of the aircraft weight can be quickly estimated using the CATIA 3D model tools.Through the actual weighing comparison of a certain type of aircraft,the results are within the allowable error,which can pro-vide theoretical reference for the subsequent rapid estimation of the center of gravity of the aircraft weight,shorten the calculation cy-cle,and reduce the error of the center of gravity of the aircraft overall layout.
