城市沿街旧建筑外立面改造技术分析探索

Analysis and Exploration of Facade Renovation Technology of Old Buildings Along the Urban Street

城市发展的进程越来越快,每个城市都希望展示最现代、最时尚或者最具自身特色的一面,但是往往在城市的核心区域有很多老旧建筑屹立其中,这些老旧街区不可能全部拆迁,为了用较小的成本、最大限度地改变城市风貌,全国各个城市都陆续开始了临街老旧建筑外立面改造工作,该类项目从设计到施工周期较短,但是其中涉及到的内容比较复杂,有物的因素也有人的因素,以成都比较有代表性的城市中心的一条街道改造为例,探讨立面改造项目所遇到的一些问题及处理方式能对后续改造项目有所帮助。

Cities are developing faster and faster,and every city wants to show the most modern,stylish,or unique side of itself.But there are often so many old buildings standing in the urban core that these old neighborhoods cannot be eliminated through demolition.Therefore,to maximize the change of urban appearance with less cost,all cities across the country have one after another begun the renovation of the facade of old buildings facing the street.This type of project has a shorter design-to-construction cycle,but it involves more complex elements such as objective factors,and human factors.Taking a street reconstruction in Chengdu,which is a representative city center,as an example,some of the problems encountered in façade reconstruction projects and the way to deal with them will be analyzed and discussed to provide a reference for the subsequent reconstruction projects.
