汽车减振器旋压封口关键技术研究

摘要 近几年来汽车成为了每个家庭必不可少的代步工具,而汽车减振器种类也随之增加。汽车的前悬挂通常使用麦弗逊式结构,而后悬挂一般采用多连杆式结构。基于此选择了麦弗逊式前减振器作为旋压封口装备的研究对象。而旋压封口的方式相比于其他封口方式具有经济实惠、成功率高、工艺简单等特点。研究旋压封口装备主要解决了结构设计和参数设定的问题,同时总结出旋压封口的一般规律及力值变化曲线,最后实现了减振器的旋压封口。 In recent years,cars have become an essential means of transportation for every household,and the variety of car shock absorbers has also increased.The front suspension of the car usually uses a front-reduced MacPherson-type structure,while the rear suspension generally adopts a multi-link structure.Based on this,the MacPherson front shock absorber is selected as the research object for the spinning sealing equipment.Compared to other sealing methods,this method has the characteristics of economical,high success rate and simple process.The research on spinning sealing equipment mainly solves the problems of structural design and parameter setting,summarizes the general rule of spin sealing and the force change curve,and finally realizes the spin sealing of shock absorbers.
