“以加快形成并发展新质生产力为抓手,实现传统生产力向新质生产力的过渡转化,成为国有企业抢占发展制高点、培育竞争新优势、蓄积发展新动能的‘先手棋’与‘攻坚战’”,李锦在2023(第九届)国企管理年会上作主题报告时表示。2023年中央经济工作会议确定了2024年的政策思路、战略战术、工作重点,也从“新时代做好经济工作的规律性认识”入手,对中国式现代化新时期经济发展的概念范畴、发展规律、思想逻辑和思维方法等内容提出明确看法。
"State-owned Enterprises should realize the transition from traditional to new productive forces by accelerating the formation and development of new productive forces,in order to gain a hard-won head start to seize the commanding heights of development,cultivate new competitive advantages,and accumulate new momentum for development.",Li Jin said in a keynote report at the 2023(9th)Annual Conference on State-owned Enterprise Management.
