基于大学生画像分析的精准思政探究

Accurate Ideological and Political Research based on the Analysis of College Students' Portraits

为了精准掌握学生的状态,有的放矢地进行思政工作,在大数据时代背景下,尝试使用画像分析技术破解大学生思政工作中的“方法”“实践”“实施”等困境。基于国内外研究成果以及《中国学生发展核心素养》与高校学生综合测评表,结合教育培养与育人目标角度设计学生画像指标框架以及标签体系,从德、智、体、美、劳、面向未来六维度呈现学生画像。并以一高校某专业学生为研究对象开展案例研究,采用K-means聚类技术,以“打基础-定框架-画结构-怎么用”为内在运行机制,最终根据画像特征细分为“意识不强型”“引导进步型”“模范带头型”“默默努力型”“创新实践型”“纪律不佳型” 6类学生,精准主体、精准场景、精准联动,为教师精准开展思政工作找准方向并提供支持。

In order to accurately grasp the state of students and carry out ideological and political work with a specific aim,in the background of the era of big data,portrait analysis technology is tried to crack the dilemma of “method”,“practice” and “implementation” in the ideological and political work of college students.Based on the research results at home and abroad,the Core Quality of Chinese Students' Development and the comprehensive evaluation form of college students,this paper designs the index framework and label system of student portraits from the perspectives of education training and educating goals,and presents student portraits from six dimensions:moral,intellectual,physical,beauty,labor and future-oriented.A case study was carried out with students of a certain major in a university as the research object,K-means clustering technology was adopted,and “laying the foundation-defining the frame-drawing the structure-how to use” was taken as the internal operating mechanism.Finally,according to the characteristics of the portrait,it is subdivided into six types of students:“weak consciousness” “guiding progress” “model leading type” “silent effort type” “innovative practice type” “poor discipline type”,accurate subject,accurate scene,and accurate linkage,to find the right direction and provide support for teachers to accurately carry out ideological and political work.
