摘要
脓毒症患者表现出长期认知功能障碍和局灶性神经功能缺损,统称为脓毒症相关脑病,其病理机制十分复杂。最近的研究表明,线粒体功能障碍包括线粒体DNA(mtDNA)损伤与代谢缺陷,这些均发生在小胶质细胞激活和其引发的神经炎症之前。因此,深入了解脓毒症脑病线粒体功能障碍与小胶质细胞活化之间的关系,对于揭示脓毒症的发病机制以及脓毒症脑病的早期诊断和治疗找到有效的方法具有重要意义。本文综述了mtDNA、线粒体代谢的变化在脓毒症脑病小胶质细胞活化中的作用及靶向小胶质细胞线粒体作为脓毒症脑病潜在治疗策略的研究进展。
Septicemia patients exhibit long-term cognitive impairment and focal neurological deficits,collectively known as sepsis associated encephalopathy,with complex pathological mechanisms.Mitochondrial dysfunction includes mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)damage and metabolic defects,which happen usually before the activation of microglia and neuroinflammation.In-depth understanding of the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction and microglia activation in sepsis encephalopathy is important for revealing the pathogenesis of sepsis and seeking effective methods for early diagnosis and treatment of sepsis encephalopathy.This article aims to expound the role of mitochondrial DNA and mitochondrial metabolism changes in the activation of microglia in sepsis encephalopathy and develop potential therapeutic strategy.
