摘要
线粒体被称为细胞的“动力源”,在能量代谢、细胞凋亡、信号转导、炎症、应激反应中发挥重要作用。成骨细胞由骨髓间充质干细胞分化而来,是骨细胞的重要来源,成骨细胞的数量与活性下降是骨质疏松症发生的关键之一。诸多研究证据表明,线粒体的功能与成骨细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡密切相关,而成骨细胞的数量改变是骨质疏松症发生的关键。所以线粒体是治疗骨质疏松症的潜在重要靶点。本文从能量代谢、氧化应激、信号通路以及线粒体自噬等方面探讨线粒体对成骨细胞功能的影响,同时介绍针对线粒体功能,用于骨质疏松症治疗的靶向药物,以期为临床提供更多治疗骨质疏松的思路。
Mitochondria,known as the cellular“powerhouses”,play a vital role in energy metabolism,cellular apoptosis,signal transduction,inflammation and stress response.Osteoblasts originate from mesenchymal stem cells in the bone marrow and serve as an important source of bone cells.The decline in the quantity and activity of osteoblasts is a critical factor in the development of osteoporosis.Multiple research findings suggested a close correlation between mitochondrial function and the proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis of osteoblasts.Hence,mitochondria are a potential and essential target for osteoporosis.This article explores the impact of mitochondria on the function of osteoblasts,focusing on energy metabolism,oxidative stress,signaling pathways,and mitochondrial autophagy.Additionally,it introduces target medications that address mitochondrial function in the treatment of osteoporosis,aiming to provide insights for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
