使用中文版EDIN量表与Wong-Baker量表评价对乙酰氨基酚与布洛芬改善0~5岁发热儿童舒适度的效果

Evaluation of the effect of acetaminophen and ibuprofen on comfort improvement in 0~5-year-olds with fever by Chinese EDIN scale and Wong-Baker scale

目的 评价对乙酰氨基酚与布洛芬在发挥退热作用的同时,改善患儿舒适度的疗效。方法依据临床用药品种,将患儿分为对乙酰氨基酚治疗组与布洛芬治疗组,分别使用中文版EDIN量表及Wong-Baker量表,在给药前,给药第1日、第2日、第3日对两组患儿进行舒适度评分,比较治疗后两组患儿舒适度评分差异。结果 共纳入94名患儿,其中对乙酰氨基酚组36人,给药前中文版EDIN量表评分6.03±2.50,Wong-Baker量表评分4.86±2.43;布洛芬组58人,给药前中文版EDIN量表评分5.66±2.34,Wong-Baker量表评分5.03±2.43。给药第3日,对乙酰氨基酚组、布洛芬组中文版EDIN量表评分较前分别显著降低3.50±1.76、4.69±1.74。Wong-Baker量表评分虽均有所改善,但改善幅度差异无统计学意义。结论 对乙酰氨基酚与布洛芬均可改善0~5岁急性发热患儿舒适度,以中文版EDIN量表评分作为衡量标准时,布洛芬改善患儿舒适度的疗效优于对乙酰氨基酚。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acetaminophen and ibuprofen in relieving fever and improving comfort in children.Methods Children with fever were divided into a acetaminophen treatment group and an ibuprofen treatment group.The Chinese version of the neonatal pain and discomfort(EDIN)scale and the Wong-Baker scale were used respectively to score the comfort of children in both groups before the administration,on day 1,2,and 3 after the administration.The difference between the comfort scores in both groups after the treatment was compared.Results Totally 94 children were included:36 in the acetaminophen group,with a Chinese version of the EDIN scale score of 6.03±2.50 and a Wong-Baker scale score of 4.86±2.43 before the administration;58 in the ibuprofen group,with the score of the Chinese EDIN scale of 5.66±2.34,and the score of the Wong-Baker scale of 5.03±2.43.Three days after the administration,the scores of Chinese EDIN scale in the acetaminophen group and the ibuprofen group were 3.50±1.76 and 4.69±1.74,lower than before, respectively. Although the scores of the Wong-Baker scale all improved, the improvement was not significant. Conclusion Both acetaminophen and ibuprofen can improve the comfort in children aged 0 ~ 5 years with acute fever. When the Chinese EDIN scale score is used as the measurement standard, ibuprofen is better than acetaminophen in improving the comfort in children.
