摘要
随着筒仓施工规模的不断加大,其锥形现浇混凝土壳顶施工难度和危险性也在不断加大。本文对一种新型的空间桁架支模体系进行介绍,从其结构形式、构件组成等方面入手,结合项目实际情况,对空间桁架支模进行了整体有限元分析,并对全施工过程进行了监测,实现了数值模拟与现场监测的结合。钢桁架支模及检测技术的运用成功解决了传统支模体系存在的施工效率低、安全性差等问题,并为类似筒仓锥形壳顶支模提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of the silo construction scale,the construction difficulty and risk of the conical cast-in-place concrete shell top are also increasing.This paper introduces a new type of space truss formwork system,which successfully solves the problems of low construction efficiency and poor safety existing in the traditional formwork system.In this paper,starting with its structural form,component composition and other aspects,and combining with the actual situation of the project,the overall finite element analysis of the space truss formwork is carried out,and the whole construction process is monitored,realizing the combination of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring,hoping to provide a reference for similar silo conical shell top formwork support.
