乳腺癌组织中nm23、E-钙黏蛋白的表达及与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of nm23 and E-cadherin in Breast Cancer and Their Relationship with Clinicopathological Characteristics

目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中nm23蛋白、E-钙黏蛋白的表达情况及与患者临床病理特征间的关系。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月莆田九十五医院收治的91例乳腺癌患者作研究对象,患者均开展手术治疗,术中采集肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织,开展免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结(SP)法检测,比较肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织内nm23、E-钙黏蛋白表达情况,并分析nm23、E-钙黏蛋白表达与年龄、肿瘤最大径、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、绝经状态等病理特征间的关系。结果:肿瘤组织内nm23蛋白阳性表达率低于癌旁正常组织,E-钙黏蛋白阳性率高于癌旁正常组织,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);nm23阳性表达患者肿瘤最大径≥3 cm、有淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期占比低于nm23阴性患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而E-钙黏蛋白表达情况与nm23相反。结论:乳腺癌组织内nm23呈低表达、E-钙黏蛋白呈高表达,nm23蛋白、E-钙黏蛋白的表达情况与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移等关系密切,或可作为临床治疗的新靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression of nm23 protein and E-cadherin in breast cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods Ninety one patients with breast cancer who were admitted to Putian 95 Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with surgery.Tumor tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer were collected during surgery.Immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase(SP)method was used to detect the expression of nm23 and E-cadherin in tumor tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer.The relationship between the expression of nm23 and E-cadherin and pathological features such as age,maximum tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,tumor staging,and menopausal status was aralyzed.Results The positive expression rate of nm23 protein in tumor tissue was lower than that in adjacent normal tissue,and the positive rate of E-cadherin was higher than that in adjacent normal tissue,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The proportion of patients with nm23 positive expression who had a maximum tumor diameter of≥3 cm,lymph node metastasis,and tumor stages III-IV was lower than those of nm23 negative patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the expression of E-cadherin was opposite to nm23.Conclusion The expression of nm23 protein is low and the expression of E-cadherin is high in breast cancer.The expression of nm23 protein and E-cadherin is closely related to tumor stage and lymph node metastasis,which may be a new target for clinical treatment.
