银基纳米复合物在口腔抗菌领域的研究进展

Research Progress of Silver-Based Nanocomposites in Oral Antibacterial Field

将纳米银与非银材料结合制备银基纳米复合物,不仅能克服纳米银在口腔抗菌领域应用上的不足,还能通过银与非银材料间的相互作用增强其抗菌活性,提高其在口腔临床应用的潜能。综述了近年来银/金属氧化物、银/碳材料、银/无机盐等纳米复合物在增强材料稳定性、提高抗菌活性、降低毒性等方面的研究进展,简要分析了其抗菌机理,并对银基纳米复合物的应用及未来发展方向进行了展望,为银基纳米复合物在口腔抗菌领域进一步的研究与应用奠定了基础。

Combining silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)with non-silver materials to form silver-based nanocomposites can not only overcome the defects of AgNPs in application on oral antibacterial field,but also enhance its antibacterial activity through the interaction between silver and non-silver materials,therefore improving its potential application in oral clinic.In this paper,we review the research progress of silver-based nanocomposites(silver/metal oxides,silver/carbon materials,and silver/inorganic salts)in enhancing material stability,increasing antibacterial activity,and reducing toxicity in recent years.Moreover,we briefly analyze their antibacterial mechanisms.Furthermore,we put forward the prospects in the application and future development direction of silver-based nanocomposites.This review lays a foundation for the further research and application of silver-based nanocomposites in oral antibacterial field.
