摘要
虽经过近十年的努力推进,但医学院校和医疗卫生机构之间医教不协同的问题仍然存在。究其原因在于目标冲突、利益分野和内生动力不足导致协同困难。为此,有必要重构医教之间的关系模式,从医教协同走向医教共生,实现医教关系的迭代发展。医教共生具有历史、现实和学科的逻辑理据,具有走向共生的可能性。通过从目标冲突到共启愿景的共生单元选择、从利益分野到交互赋能的共生行为模式创建、从动力不足到“使众人行”的共生环境优化,不但有利于克服长期以来的问题顽疾,而且有助于建构新型的医教关系,培养卓越医疗卫生人才。
Despite nearly a decade of efforts to promote collaboration,challenges persist in achieving synergy between medical schools and healthcare institutions.The root causes include conflicting goals,divergent interests,and insufficient internal drive,making collaboration difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct the relationship model between medicine and education,transitioning from collaborative efforts to a symbiotic relationship,and achieving iterative development in the medicineeducation relationship.Symbiosis between medicine and education has logical justifications based on history,reality,and discipline,making it a plausible direction for development.By selecting symbiotic units based on shared visions,creating symbiotic behavioral patterns that empower interaction,and optimizing symbiotic environments from insufficient drive to fostering a collaborative atmosphere,this approach not only helps overcome longstanding challenges but also contributes to building a novel medicine-education relationship,fostering the development of outstanding healthcare professionals.
