国内外叙事医学患者干预效果研究进展回顾

A Comprehensive Review of Narrative Medicine Patient Intervention Effects in China and Other Countries

以叙事医学相关概念及发展历程为引,从研究目的、研究设计、研究对象、干预方式、干预效果评价方式、测量工具和指标、数据管理与数据分析、研究结果、发表刊物、研究者身份和主要研究单位等方面回顾分析国内外叙事医学患者干预效果研究文献,发现现有研究在上述各方面差异较大,且部分研究存在规模有限等显著缺陷,尚未形成叙事医学患者干预实践和研究范式。研究可为叙事医学患者干预实践与研究提供一定的参考,有助于启发临床工作者和学术研究者优化叙事医学临床实践,改善患者临床结果。

Based on related concepts and development history of narrative medicine,this paper reviews and analyzes the literature published by local and international researchers on the effect of narrative intervention from the perspectives of research purpose,design,subjects,intervention methods,effect evaluation criteria,measurement tools and indicators,data management and analysis,research results,publication sources,researcher identity and major research institutions.Differences of research are found in these perspectives,with some studies exhibiting limitations such as limited scale.Paradigms of clinical narrative intervention and paradigms of clinical narrative intervention research are yet to be formed.This study provides some reference for future practice and research of narrative intervention and contributes to inspiring clinicians and academic researchers to optimize clinical practice of narrative medicine for better clinical outcomes of patients.
