规范化药学服务对改善基层医院用药合理性以及满意度的效果

Effect of Standardized Pharmaceutical Care on Improving Rationality and Satisfaction of Drug Use in Primary Hospitals

目的探讨规范化药学服务对改善基层医院用药合理性以及满意度的效果。方法选取2022年1—6月台山市深井镇卫生院采用常规药学服务的模式作为对照组,选取2022年7—12月本院采用规范化药学服务的模式作为观察组,研究对象为40名工作人员以及200种药品,对比两组研究对象的药品管理情况、药学服务质量评分以及满意度。结果观察组的药品管理情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的药学服务质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员的满意度(97.50%)明显高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。结论对于医院采用规范化药学服务的模式,能够明显改善药品管理情况,提高药学服务质量,以及提高工作人员的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized pharmaceutical care on improving the rationality and satis⁃faction of drug use in primary hospitals.Methods From January to June 2022,Shenjing Town Health Center adopted conventional pharmaceutical care mode as the control group,and from July to December 2022,the hospital adopted standardized pharmaceutical care mode as the observation group.The study subjects were forty staff members and two hundred kinds of drugs.The drug management,pharmaceutical care quality score and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total bad drug management of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pharmaceutical service quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion For hospitals to adopt standardized pharmaceutical care model,which can significantly improve drug management,improve the quality of pharmaceutical care,and improve the satisfaction of staff.
