摘要
为了更好地保证公共卫生管理单位人力资源管理工作质量,管理人员需要主动了解公共卫生管理单位人力资源管理工作的需求,认识到激励机制的优势和作用,结合公共卫生管理单位的实际情况,将其运用于人力资源管理工作中,更好地提升管理质量。因此,本文分析了公共卫生管理单位人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,探究了公共卫生管理单位人力资源管理工作中激励机制的作用,对公共卫生管理单位人力资源管理工作中激励机制的运用策略进行探究,以供参考。
In order to better ensure the quality of human resource management work in public health management units,managers need to take the initiative to understand the needs of human resource management work in public health management units;recognize the advantages and effects of the incentive mechanism,and combine it with the ac⁃tual situation of the public health management unit and apply it to human resources management to better improve the quality of management.Therefore,this article analyzed the existing problems in the human resources management of public health management units,and explored the role of incentive mechanisms in the human resources management of public health management units.The application strategies of incentive mechanisms in human resources manage⁃ment of public health management units are explored for reference.
