急诊诊疗流程在急诊护理管理中的应用

Application of Emergency Diagnosis and Treatment Flow in Emergency Nursing Management

目的对于急诊诊疗流程应用在急诊护理管理中的应用价值进行分析。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月麻城市人民医院急诊医学科中的18名护理人员作为研究对象,根据随机抽签方式分成两组,每组9名,一组给予常规管理为对照组,另一组给予急诊诊疗流程为研究组,对比两组护理管理效果。结果通过观察发现,研究组在综合护理管理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组的护理时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,护理质量以及在护理基础技能方面同样高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊诊疗流程在急诊护理管理中的应用非常重要,通过明确的流程,可以提高急诊护理的效率和质量,确保患者得到及时、准确的诊疗。

Objective To analyze the application value of emergency diagnosis and treatment process in emergency nursing management.Methods 18 nurses in the Department of Emergency Medicine of Macheng People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random drawing method,with 9 nurses in each group.One group was given routine management as the control group,and the other group was given emergency diagnosis and treatment process as the research group.The nursing manage⁃ment effects of the two groups were compared.Results It was found that the scores of comprehensive nursing manage⁃ment quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing time of the study group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the quality of nursing and basic nursing skills were also higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency diag⁃nosis and treatment process in emergency nursing management is very important.Through clear procedures,the effi⁃ciency and quality of emergency nursing can be improved to ensure that patients get timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
