案例教学联合翻转课堂在血液内科中的教学效果

摘要 目的分析在血液内科教学工作中应用案例教学联合翻转课堂对教学效果的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月内蒙古赤峰学院附属医院80名实习及见习轮转血液内科的临床医学医学生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组40名,对照组应用常规教学法,研究组应用案例教学联合翻转课堂,对比两组医学生教学前后专业知识、基础操作、应急能力、教学配合度以及教学满意度。结果教学后,研究组血液内科知识的掌握水平与相关技巧的应用能力等综合素养均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学配合度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液内科教学工作应用案例教学与翻转课堂进行联合教学,有利于促进医学生进一步提升自身专业素养,其对于高素质医学人才队伍的培养与建设是非常重要的。 Objective To analyze the influence of case teaching combined with flipped classroom on the teaching ef-fect in hematopathology teaching.Methods A total of 80 clinical medical students who rotated in the Department of Hematopathology in the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University of Inner Mongolia from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 40 students in each group by random number list method.The control group applied the conventional teaching method,and the research group applied the case teaching combined with flipped classroom.Professional knowledge,basic operation,emergency ability,teaching coop-eration and teaching satisfaction of two groups of medical students before and after teaching were compared.Results After teaching,the mastery level of hematology knowledge and the application ability of related skills of the research group was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching coordination of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the teaching of hematopathology,the combined teach-ing of applied case teaching and flipped classroom is conducive to the further improvement of medical students'pro-fessional quality,which is very important for the training and construction of high-quality medical talents.
