The integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway is crucial for validating the construction quality and ensuring operation safety.The integrated commissioning and test of track works hold significant importance in the integrated commissioning and test of high speed railway.It directly assesses whether the high speed railway system functions and performance meet the standard requirements and conditions necessary for its opening to traffic.The crucial management and control points for key links involved in the integrated commissioning&test of track works in the early preparation,implementation,and subsequent management stages are studied and analyzed.It is found that the preparation stage should focus on managing and controlling the preparation of an integrated commissioning&test program,the establishment of a management system,and the confirmation of preconditions;the implementation stage should focus on managing and controlling the implementation safety,problem eradication,and implementation efficiency;the subsequent management stage should focus on managing and controlling the preparation of the dynamic acceptance report,eradication of remaining problems,and work organization at the initial operation stage.The research conclusion offers guidance for standardizing the construction organization and management of integrated commissioning&test of track works and opening high speed railway with high quality,and provides a reference for better carrying out integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway track works in the future.
