摘要
为提升我国高速铁路地震预警监测系统联调联试试验组织水平、强化试验安全可控程度、提高系统联调联试工作效率,结合新建南宁—崇左高速铁路地震预警监测系统联调联试项目,从前提条件及风险管控,新建线和既有线开展系统联调联试区分,列控、牵变及车载控车范围的非重合确定等方面,对高速铁路地震预警监测系统联调联试进行优化研究,指出我国高速铁路地震预警监测系统联调联试中存在的问题,并提出建议,以达到提高试验组织工作效率、巩固试验安全保障的目的。
In order to improve the organization of integrated commissioning&test of the earthquake early-warning and monitoring system of high speed railways in China,strengthen the safety controllability of tests,and improve the efficiency of integrated commissioning&test of the system,relying on the integrated commissioning&test project for the earthquake earlywarning and monitoring system of the new Nanning-Chongzuo HSR,this paper optimizes the integrated commissioning&test of the earthquake early-warning and monitoring system of high speed railways from the aspects of preconditions and risk control,distinguishing between integrated commissioning&test for new lines and existing lines,and determining the nonoverlapping scope of train control,traction substation,and onboard vehicle control.It also puts forward the problems existing in the integrated commissioning&test of the earthquake early-warning and monitoring system of high speed railways in China and presents suggestions to improve the efficiency of test organization and strengthen the test safety assurance.
