高速铁路联调联试施工是一项系统工程,涉及面广,作业交叉多,安全隐患大,组织实施难度高。加强施工管理是实现高速铁路联调联试施工安全的重要手段,分析当前施工管理存在的主要问题,从强化联调联试前期介入、加强业务宣贯和抽考、畅通沟通机制、加强施工计划管理、严肃施工组织、严控关键环节等方面,提出加强施工组织管理的具体举措,最大限度减少安全事件发生,保障高速铁路联调联试施工安全。

The integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway is a systematic project,involving a wide range of aspects,multiple cross operations,great potential safety hazards and high difficulty in organization and implementation.Strengthening construction management is an important means to ensure the construction safety of integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway.This paper analyzes the major problems existing in current construction management and puts forward specific measures to strengthen construction organization and management from aspects such as enhancing early intervention in integrated commissioning&test,strengthening business publicizing and implementation,organizing business-related pop quizzes,smoothing communication mechanism,reinforcing construction plan management,strictly implementing construction organization and controlling critical links to minimize safety incidents and ensure the construction safety of integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway.
