摘要
联调联试是新建高速铁路的工程竣工后动态验收中重要环节,主要由机务系统负责执行,其核心关键与突破难点是逐级提速测试。由于新建线路的不确定性、线路坡道、外部环境等综合影响,负责逐级提速测试的机务系统面临着巨大考验及挑战。结合京雄城际线板西疏解线联、京沪高铁德禹特大桥等联调联试相关案例,从线路、供电、动力学等角度进行论述,对高铁联调联试过程中的逐级提速测试进行风险分析并制定安全措施,为新建线路联调联试的稳步推进提供参考。
The integrated commissioning&test is an important part in the dynamic acceptance of new high speed railway projects after completion,which is mainly implemented by the locomotive system.Its key core and breakthrough difficulty is the graded speedup test of the line.Due to the uncertainties of new lines,ramps and external environment,the locomotive system responsible for critical graded speedup tests is faced with great challenges.In combination with relevant cases of integrated commissioning&test such as Banxi Untwining Line on Beijing-Xiongan Intercity Railway and Deyu Super Major Bridge of Beijing-Shanghai HSR,from the perspectives of line,power supply,dynamics,etc.,this paper analyzes the risk of graded speedup test during integrated commissioning&test of high speed railways and formulates safety measures to provide references for the steady progress of integrated commissioning&test of new lines.
