改进算法在导弹结构热防护一体化中优化研究

摘要 为了解决超高声速导弹飞行给弹体结构及热防护带来苛刻的挑战,提高导弹结构热防护一体化承载/防热的性能,提出一种对其结构优化设计的个体扰动多策略樽海鞘算法。通过引入Sobol序列对初始种群均匀化以保持种群多样性;使用动态权重调节机制策略,提高算法速度;融合变异因子及反向解策略,提高算法精度;多用一个临时储备库可以获得满足实际需要的Pareto最优解。最后用改进算法优化弹体结构及热防护系统,相同环境下,改进算法搜寻到最优适应值、平均收敛速度均优于标准樽海鞘算法及其他优化算法。实验数据表明,改进算法能够解决结构热防护效率及结构质量相互影响的问题。改进樽海鞘算法不仅能够提高算法速度、收敛精度,还改进了弹体结构承载/防热的性能。 In order to solve the severe challenge brought by the flight of ultra sonic missiles to the structure and thermal protection of missile bodies,and to improve the integrated load/thermal protection performance,an individual disturbance multi-strategy salp swarm algorithm for structural optimization design is proposed.Sobol sequence is introduced to homogenize the initial population for maintaining population diversity.The dynamic weight adjustment mechanism is used to improve algorithm speed.The variation factor and reverse solution strategy are fused to improve algorithm accuracy.The optimal Pareto solution can be obtained by using a temporary reserve.Finally,the improved algorithm is used to optimize the missile body structure and thermal protection system.Under the same environment,the optimal adaptive value and average convergence rate of improved algorithm are better than the standard salp swarm algorithm(SSA)and other optimization algorithms.Experimental data shows that the improved algorithm can solve the problem of mutual influence between thermal protection efficiency and structure quality.So the improved algorithm can not only improve algorithm speed and convergence accuracy,but also improve the load/thermal protection performance of the missile body structure.
