2021年长春市诺如病毒病原基因特征分析

Analysis of Pathogenic Gene Characteristics of Norovirus in Changchun City in 2021

目的分析2021年长春市诺如病毒的病原基因特征,为诺如病毒的预防提供科学防控依据。方法采用Real-time PCR法对3家哨点医院2021年送往长春市疾病预防控制中心的诺如病毒感染性腹泻病例187份粪便样本进行核酸检测,对阳性样本进行核苷酸序列测定,从GenBank数据库中选取同源性较接近的参考株,应用MEGA 7.0软件构建系统进化树。结果在187份粪便样本中,Real-time PCR检测发现36份诺如病毒阳性,其检出率为19.25%;通过核苷酸测序,从36份阳性样本中成功获得30份检测结果,都是GⅡ型。系统进化树结果显示,30份阳性样本中GII.P16-GII.2基因型28份(93.3%),GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.4基因型1份(3.3%),GⅡ.P17-GⅡ.17基因型1份(3.3%)。结论2021年长春市诺如病毒感染以GII.P16-GII.2基因型为主。

Objective To analyze pathogenic gene characteristics of Norovirus in Changchun City in 2021,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of Norovirus.Methods The paper carried on nucleic acid test on 187 fecal samples of Norovirus infected diarrhea cases in Changchun Disease Control and Prevention Center from three sentinel hospitals in 2021 with Real time PCR,and detected nucleotide sequence of positive samples,chose reference strains with similar homology from the GenBank database,and constructed phylogenetic tree with MEGA 7.0 software.Results Among 187 fecal samples,Real time PCR detected 36 positive cases of Norovirus,with a detection rate of 19.25%.Among 36 positive samples,30 were successfully obtained through nucleotide sequencing,all of which were type GⅡ.Phylogenetic tree results showed 28 samples(93.3%)had GII.P16-GII.2 genotype,1(3.3%)had GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.4 genotype,and 1(3.3%)had GⅡ.P17-GⅡ.17 genotype among 30 positive samples.Conclusion Main genotype of Norovirus infection was GII.P16-GII.2 in Changchun City in 2021.
