半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗急性眩晕症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation on Modified Pinellia Ternata,Atractylodes Macrocephala and Gastrodia Elata Decoction in Treatment of Acute Vertigo

目的 观察急性眩晕症患者使用半夏白术汤加味治疗的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2020年4月—2022年3月收治本科室住院的急性眩晕症患者68例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=30)及观察组(n=38)。对照组患者使用盐酸倍他司汀注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤加味汤剂治疗。比较两组疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果 观察组在有效率、中医证候积分改善、减少1年内复发率方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗急性眩晕症临床疗效佳。

Objective To observe clinical effect of modified pinellia ternata,atractylodes macrocephala and gastrodia elata decoction in treatment of acute vertigo patients.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 68 patients with acute vertigo admitted to our department from April 2020 to March 2022,and divided them into control group of 30 cases and observation group of 38 cases according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride injection,while observation group with modified pinellia ternata,atractylodes macrocephala and gastrodia elata decoction on the basis of control group.Curative effect and improvement of clinical symptoms was compared between two groups.Results Observation group had better effective rate,improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and reduction of 1-year recurrence rate than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified pinellia ternata,atractylodes macrocephala and gastrodia elata decoction can achieve good clinical effect in treatment of acute vertigo.
