全麻复苏期手术室护理干预对患者躁动发生率的影响观察

摘要 目的 观察对手术患者实施全麻复苏期手术室护理的临床价值。方法 选取2022年1—12月在本院手术治疗的患者80例为研究对象,并按照抽签法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用手术室护理,研究躁动发生率、情绪比较、满意度、生命指标、并发症发生率情况。结果 入组前血压、SDS、心率指标、SAS组间比较无显著差异,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);在复苏期血压、SAS、心率指标、SDS对比实验组与对照组后者优于前者,满意度、并发症情况以及躁动发生率对照组差于实验组(P<0.05)。结论 全麻复苏期患者经手术室护理后躁动情况显著减少,并帮助患者稳定生命指标如心率以及血压水平,减轻不良情绪的出现,帮助患者提高生存质量,提升整体护理满意度。 Objective To observe clinical value of operating room nursing for surgical patients during general anesthesia recovery period.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with surgical treatment from January 2022 to December 2022 for analysis,and divided them into control group and experimental group with lottery method,former was treated with routine nursing while experimental group with operating room nursing.Incidence of restlessness,emotional comparison,satisfaction degree,vital indicators,and incidence of complications were studied.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure,SDS,heart rate indicators,and SAS between groups before enrollment,and comparison was not significant(P>0.05).During recovery period,blood pressure,SAS,heart rate indicators,and SDS in experimental group were better than control group,satisfaction degree,complications,and restlessness rate in control group were lower than experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing can lower restlessness of patients during general anesthesia recovery period significantly,stabilize vital indicators including heart rate and blood pressure levels,alleviate incidence of adverse emotions,improve life quality,and enhance overall nursing satisfaction degree.
