肾康注射液对慢性肾病患者肾功能、营养状况及免疫功能的影响研究

Effects of Shenkang Injection on Renal Function,Nutritional Status and Immune Function in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的 探讨肾康注射液对慢性肾病(CKD)患者肾功能、营养状况及免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2017年8月—2022年6月本院收治的102例CKD患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例,对照组采用西医基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用肾康注射液治疗,比较两组临床症状、肾功能、营养状况、免疫功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床症状纳呆少食、倦怠乏力、恶心呕吐、腰膝酸软、畏寒肢凉、气短懒言、腰腹冷痛、脘腹胀满、失眠、口淡评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肾功能指标血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys-C)水平低于对照组,肾小球滤过率(eGFR)水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后营养指标血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、前白蛋白(PALB)水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后细胞免疫指标CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,体液免疫指标IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾康注射液可有效改善CKD患者临床症状,保护肾功能,提高营养状态,调节免疫功能,效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenkang Injection on renal function,nutritional status and immune function in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods 102 patients with CKD in our hospital from August 2017 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was given basic Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Shenkang injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,renal function and risk were compared between the two groups nutritional status,immune function and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 86.27%,which was higher than that of the control group 64.71%(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),such as eating less,fatigue,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,lumbago and knee soreness,cold limbs,shortness of breath and lazy speech,lumbago and abdominal cold pain,abdominal distension,insomnia and oral weakness.The levels of serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and cystinase inhibitor C(Cys-C)of renal function indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment,and the glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF)and prealbumin(PALB)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of cellular immune indexes CD4 and CD4/CDs in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of humoral immune indexes IgA,IgG and IgM were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenkang injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CKD,protect renal function,improve nutritional status,regulate immune function,with significant effects and high safety.
