吸烟是导致肺疾病和相关健康问题的主要原因之一,对个体健康和公共卫生造成了严重影响。随着对吸烟危害的认识增加,寻找具有保护作用的天然药物成为研究的焦点之一。陈皮提取物作为一种传统中药,具备抗氧化和抗炎作用,对吸烟所致肺损伤具有保护效果。本文通过对现有文献的综合分析,对陈皮中的黄酮类、挥发油类、生物碱类、多糖类等成分对吸烟所致肺损伤的保护作用进行了详细论述,并探讨了它们对吸烟所致肺损伤的保护机制。

Smoking is one of the main causes of lung disease and related health problems,which has a serious impact on individual health and public health.With the increasing awareness of the harm of smoking,the search for natural drugs with protective effect has become one of the focuses of research.As a traditional Chinese medicine,dried orange peel extract has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects and may have protective effects against lung damage caused by smoking.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing literature,the protective effects of flavonoids,volatile oils,alkaloids and polysaccharides in dried orange peel on lung injury caused by smoking were reviewed in detail,and their protective mechanisms were discussed.
