临床口服降糖药所致不良反应的发生情况研究

Study on Adverse Reactions Incidence Caused by Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in Clinical Practice

目的探讨临床口服降糖药所致不良反应的发生情况及原因。方法于2020年6月—2023年3月本院收治的糖尿病患者中随机抽取130例作为对象开展研究,分析130例患者的口服降糖药用药方案、不良反应发生情况及用药合理性。结果130例患者用药方案统计结果显示,双药口服占比明显高于单药口服占比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双药口服方案的不良反应发生率明显低于单药口服方案,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析用药不合理原因主要为药物相互作用、药物用量不合理以及给药频次不合理等。结论降糖药单药、双药口服方案均是临床常用方案,且双药口服占比更高,双药口服方案可有效降低药物不良反应发生风险,无论是在疗效,还是安全性方面都更具优势,但在实际的用药过程中仍然存在着药物相互作用、药物用量等不合理问题,导致不良反应率增加,需要临床进一步完善药物管理,提升药物使用的合理性,以防止药物不良反应发生风险。

Objective To explore incidence and causes of adverse reactions caused by oral hypoglycemic drugs in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 130 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to March 2023 as study subjects randomly,analyzed medication scheme of oral hypoglycemic drugs,adverse reactions and medication rationality of 130 patients.Results Statistics of medication scheme of 130 patients showed,proportion of double drug oral administration was 66.92%,significantly higher than 33.08%of single drug oral administration,with significant difference(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in dual drug oral scheme was 21.84%,significantly lower than 41.86%in single drug oral scheme,with significant difference(P<0.05).Main reasons for unreasonable drug use inclduded drug interactions,unreasonable drug dosage and unreasonable drug administration frequency.Conclusion Both single drug and dual drug oral schemes for hypoglycemic drugs are commonly used in clinical practice,proportion of dual drug oral scheme is higher.Dual drug oral scheme can reduce risks of adverse drug reactions effectively,with advantages in effect and safety.However,there are unreasonable issues including drug interactions and dosage in actual medication process,with increase in adverse reaction rates.Further improvement in drug management is needed in clinical practice,to increase rationality of drug use and reduce risks of adverse drug reactions.
