纤维强化树脂粘接桥在前牙牙周病缺失修复中的临床价值分析

摘要 目的探讨在前牙牙周病缺失修复中采用纤维强化树脂粘接桥的治疗方法的临床价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年11月本院因牙周病而缺失前牙并需要进行修复的患者58例作为本次研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为试验组和分析组,试验组(n=29)采用结扎丝牙周夹板固定治疗,分析组(n=29)采用纤维强化树脂粘接桥治疗,分析纤维强化树脂粘接桥在临床应用中的优势性。结果分析组患者PLI、PD、AL指标均明显比试验组低(P<0.05);治疗后分析组患者牙齿松动人数发生率明显比试验组低(P<0.05);分析组患者牙齿松动率明显比试验组低(P<0.05);分析组患者对牙齿修复满意度明显比试验组高(P<0.05)。结论予以前牙牙周病缺失患者采用纤维强化树脂粘接桥进行修复治疗后能够明显改善患者牙周情况,降低牙齿松动率,减少发生牙齿松动人数,其对牙齿的治疗修复效果更加显著。 Objective To explore clinical value of fiber reinforced resin bonding bridge in restoration of anterior periodontal disease.Methods The paper chose 58 patients with missing anterior teeth due to periodontal disease from February 2020 to November 2022 as reference subjects,and divided them into experimental group and analysis group based on different treatment methods.Experimental group consisted of 29 patients was treated with periodontal splint fixation with ligation wire,while analysis group consisted of 29 patients with fiber-reinforced resin bonding bridge treatment.Advantages of fiber-reinforced resin bonding bridge in clinical application were analyzed.Results PLI,PD,and AL indicators in analysis group were significantly lower than experimental group(P<0.05).Incidence of tooth loosening in analysis group was significantly lower than experimental group after treatment(P<0.05).Tooth loosening rate in analysis group was significantly lower than experimental group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in analysis group with dental restoration was significantly higher than experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fiberreinforced resin bonding bridge can significantly improve periodontal condition of patients with restoration treatment of anterior periodontal disease,reduce tooth loosening rate,number of people with tooth loosening,which has significant treatment and restoration effect.
