二氧化锆全瓷冠在口腔修复中的应用研究

Application Research of Zirconia All Ceramic Crown in Oral Restoration

目的分析口腔修复中采取二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的效果。方法选取本院口腔修复治疗的患者80例作为观察对象,通过随机抽签法对患者分组,对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组为患者采取金属烤瓷冠修复,观察组采取二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,观察不同修复方法的效果,并记录修复期间的不良反应率。结果观察组不良反应率比对照组低(P<0.05)。修复前,两组患者的美学评分对比(P>0.05);修复后,观察组患者的美学评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分及有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复治疗期间采取二氧化锆全瓷冠修复技术的效果显著,且安全性较高,该疗法具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze effect of zirconia all ceramic crowns in oral restoration.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with oral restoration treatment in our hospital as observation subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with metal ceramic crowns for restoration,while observation group with zirconia all ceramic crowns.Effect of different restoration methods was observed,adverse reaction incidence during the restoration period was recorded.Results Adverse reaction incidence in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of aesthetic scores between two groups before repair showed(P>0.05).After repair,aesthetic scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Life quality scores and effective rate in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia all ceramic crown restoration technology can achieve significant effect and high safety during oral restoration treatment,which has clinical application value.
