氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效评价

Curative Effect Evaluation of Azostatin Nasal Spray Combined with Desloratadine in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的评价氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法选择2019年1月—2022年12月到本院治疗过敏性鼻炎的患者50例为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分作试验组和参照组,每组25例,分析治疗效果。结果试验组疗效高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组临床症状积分情况均低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组生活质量高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应虽高于参照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂+地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎,疗效和安全性兼具,值得运用。

Objective To evaluate effect of zlastine nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods The apper chose 50 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022,and divided them into experimental group and reference group according to different treatment methods,treatment effect was analyzed.Results Curative effect of experimental group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,clinical symptom scores of experimental group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,life quality in experimental group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in experimental group were higher than reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion Azdrostatin nasal spray combined with desloratadine is effective and safety in treatment of allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of application.
