高通量血液透析治疗老年尿毒症患者钙磷代谢异常临床的疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of High-Throughput Hemodialysis in Treatment of Abnormal Calcium And Phosphorus Metabolism of Elderly Uremic Patients

目的探究分析在临床上针对老年尿毒症患者,实施高通量血液透析干预后取得的疗效观察。方法选择2021年2月—2023年4月在本院收治的老年尿毒症患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(高通量血液透析治疗)和对照组(常规血液透析治疗),每组30例。比较分析钙磷代谢指标、生活质量、疾病疗效、不良反应、疾病疼痛程度等。结果观察组血磷、血钙、血肌酐、尿素氮指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前生活质量评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前疼痛评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上对于老年尿毒症患者,经积极予以高通量血液透析治疗,将改善患者疾病疼痛程度,降低不良反应,提升对老年尿毒症的治疗成效,改善患者的生活质量和钙磷代谢水平,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore and analyze curative effect of high-throughput hemodialysis intervention on elderly uremic patients in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 60 elderly patients with uremia from February 2021 to April 2023,and divided them into observation group(with high-throughput hemodialysis treatment)and control group(with routine hemodialysis treatment)randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators,life quality,disease effect,adverse reactions,and degree of disease pain were compared and analyzed.Results Indicators of blood phosphorus,blood calcium,blood creatinine,and urea nitrogen in observation group were lower than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in life quality scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),those observation group were higher than control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Total effect of observation group was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in observation group were lower than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment,those of observation group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion High-throughput hemodialysis treatment can improve disease pain degree,reduce adverse reactions,enhance treatment effect of elderly patients with uremia in clinical practice,improve life quality and calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
