急性阑尾炎手术前后细胞因子的变化分析

Cytokines Changes Analysis of Acute Appendicitis Before and After Surgery

目的探究急性阑尾炎患者手术治疗前后细胞因子变化。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月本院收治的105例急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,并将其作为数据分析对象,分组时以数字随机方法进行,共分为对照和观察两组,每组52例。对照组采取常规阑尾切除手术治疗,观察组采取内镜逆行阑尾炎手术治疗,比较两组细胞因子水平、免疫因子水平、临床手术各项指标、并发症发生率。结果两组对比细胞因子水平,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组对比免疫因子水平,治疗后观察组与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗急性阑尾炎患者时,给予内镜逆行阑尾炎手术治疗后,效果较为显著,手术后细胞因子水平显著降低,同时临床各项指标改善明显,减少并发症发生。

Objective To investigate cytokines changes of patients with acute appendicitis before and after surgical treatment.Methods The paper chose 105 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 for data analysis,and divided them into two groups randomly:control and observation,with 52 cases in control group and 53 cases in observation group.Control group was treated with routine appendectomy surgery,while observation group with endoscopic retrograde appendicitis surgery.Levels of cytokines,immune factors,clinical surgical indicators,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Levels of cytokines of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Levels of immune factors showed no significant difference between observation group and control group after treatment(P>0.05).Observation group had shorter surgical time,length of stay,and bedridden activity time than control group(P<0.05).Intraoperative bleeding volume in observation group was less than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic retrograde appendicitis surgery can achieve significant effect,lower cytokine levels and improve clinical indicators,reduce complications incidence of acute appendicitis patients significantly.
