多模式保温对急诊创伤患者自发性低体温发生情况与凝血功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨多模式保温对急诊创伤患者自发性低体温发生情况与凝血功能的影响。方法研究对象为2021年5月—2022年5月于南华大学附属第二医院急诊科治疗的96例急诊创伤患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用常规保温干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予多模式保温干预。对比两组急诊创伤患者自发性低体温发生率、治疗情况以及干预前后的凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)以及活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)。结果观察组急诊创伤患者自发性低体温发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组补液量及抢救时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组凝血功能指标差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的凝血功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊创伤患者中实施多模式保温可减少患者自发性低体温的发生率,缩短抢救时间以及改善凝血功能。 Objective To explore effect of multimodal insulation on occurrence of spontaneous hypothermia and coagulation function in emergency trauma patients.Methods The paper chose 96 emergency trauma patients in emergency department of South China University the Second Affiliated Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine insulation intervention,while observation group with multimodal insulation intervention on the basis of control group.Incidence of spontaneous hypothermia,treatment status,and thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)was compared before and after intervention between two groups.Results Incidence of spontaneous hypothermia of emergency trauma patients in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Amount of fluid replacement and rescue time in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in coagulation function indicators between two groups(P>0.05).Coagulation function indicators of observation group after intervention were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal insulation can reduce incidence of spontaneous hypothermia,shorten rescue time,and improve coagulation function of emergency trauma patients.
