Safety Hazards and Preventive Measures Research in Blood Purification Nursing

目的研究预防护理对于血液净化护理人员护理质量的作用。方法选取2021年1月—2022年5月吉林省人民医院凯旋院接收的120例血液净化患者使用抽签法平均分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用预防护理。对比分析两组处方的管理质量,包括并发症发生概率、护理合格率、护理差错、病人满意度以及护理人员综合能力。结果观察组工作质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员综合能力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理差错发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液净化护理人员护理质量在管理工作中采用预防护理能够提高其管理质量,值得临床重视和推广。

Objective:To study the effect of preventive care on the quality of care for blood purification nurses.Methods 120 blood purification patients admitted to the Kaixuan Hospital of Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received preventive care.Compare and analyze the management quality of two groups of prescriptions,including the probability of complications,nursing qualification rate,nursing errors,patient satisfaction,and the comprehensive ability of nursing staff.Results The work quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing qualification rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The comprehensive abilities of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of preventive care in the management of blood purification nursing staff can improve their nursing quality,which is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
