气调储粮膜下均温均湿均气技术应用试验 被引量:1

摘要 为解决平房仓膜下气调储粮容易出现的膜内结露、氮气浓度不均匀等实际问题,采用增设气体输送管道和管道增压风机的方法,设计组合式膜下气体环流系统,在平房仓开展气调储粮膜下均温均湿均气试验,分析粮面温度、湿度及粮堆氮气浓度均衡效果。试验结果表明,气体环流系统能有效均衡粮面温度、湿度以及氮气浓度,同时能够防止气囊内出现粮面结露。 In order to solve the practical problems such as condensation inside the film and uneven nitrogen concentration that are prone to occur in the controlled atmosphere storage of grain under the film in bungalow warehouses,a combined grain pile temperature equalization device was designed by adding gas conveying pipelines and pipeline booster fans.Temperature,humidity,and nitrogen concentration equalization tests were conducted under the film in bungalowwarehouses to analyze the effect of grain surface temperature,humidity,and nitrogen concentration equalization in grain piles.The results showed that the temperature equalization device can effectively balance the temperature,humidity,and nitrogen concentration of the grain surface,while also preventing the occurrence of grain surface condensation inside the airbag.
