实用性村庄规划背景下杜家楞村优化居民点布局实践研究

杜家塄村属于甘肃省典型的距离镇政府较近的山区村落,在“多规合一”实用性村庄规划过程中根据村庄实际情况定为集聚提升类村庄,杜家塄村在交通、用地、基础设施配套等方面均与镇区紧密联系。借助乡村振兴的契机,综合考虑村庄的产业发展基础、旅游资源及设施配套,融合区域发展需求与村民诉求,打造休闲宜居乡村,本次规划在居民点布局方面进行优化完善,为村庄整治提出指导思路。

Dujialeng Village is a typical mountainous village in Gansu Province that is located relatively close to the town government.In the practical village planning process in context of"multi planning integration",it is classified as a cluster improvement village based on the actual situation of the village,since Dujialeng Village has close relation with the town in terms of transportation,land use,and infrastructure support.Taking advantage of the opportunity of rural revitalization,the village's industrial development foundation,tourism resources,and facility support are comprehensively considered,integrating regional development needs with the demands of villagers,so as to create a leisure and livable countryside.This planning aims to optimize and improve the layout of residential areas,providing guidance for village rectification.
