健康视角下社区公园对居民身心状态的影响

社区公园因具有很高的便捷性和可达性,是与居民联系最紧密的公共绿地。本文通过问卷调查健康视角下居民对社区公园的情感需求、健康需求和游览情况,探究居民基本信息及游览社区公园行为活动特征与情感需求、健康需求之间的相关性,为后疫情时代社区公园的规划设计提供参考。结果表明,社区公园由于其便捷性可以缓解居民对城市公园的需求,在全民健康时代对缓解居民消极情绪和提升心理健康方面有着重要作用。

Community parks are the most closely connected public green spaces with residents due to their high convenience and accessibility.This article investigates the emotional and health needs of residents towards community parks from health perspective through a questionnaire survey,explores residents'basic information and behavioral characteristics of visiting community parks,and analyzes the correlation between emotional needs and health needs,providing reference for the planning and design of community parks in the post pandemic era.The results indicate that community parks,due to their convenience,can alleviate residents'demand for urban parks and play an important role in decreasing negative emotions and increasing mental health in the era of national health.
