BIM技术在绿色建筑节能设计中的应用

随着碳中和政策的全面推广,绿色建筑逐渐成为我国建筑业发展的核心趋势。在绿色建筑节能设计环节,以BIM技术为基础加强三维可视化设计,对原有的设计方案进行调整,提高节能设计效果,可促进建筑业稳步发展。本文介绍了合理运用此项技术的必要性,提出其在绿色节能设计当中的应用要点,以期为行业发展提供一定参考。

With the full spread of the carbon neutrality policy,Green Building has gradually become the core development trend of construction industry in China.In the energy-saving design of Green Building,the 3D visual design is strengthened based on BIM technology,which can adjust the original design scheme,improve the effect of energy-saving design,and promote the steady development of the construction industry.This paper introduces the necessity of rational use of this technology,and puts forward its application points in green energy-saving design,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
