摘要
数字贸易领域制度型开放是当前中国推进高水平开放的重要抓手,数字贸易开放对新发展格局下中国攀升GVC中高端具有重要影响。文章基于ADB-MRIO(2021)与OECD的DSTRI数据库构建了2014—2020年的中国行业面板数据,实证分析数字贸易开放对中国全球价值链分工地位的影响。研究发现:数字贸易开放显著促进了中国全球价值链分工地位提升;贸易成本削减、要素配置效率提升及研发创新激励效应是其重要作用机制;拓展分析表明,数字贸易开放对中国全球价值链分工地位的提升作用因出口市场、产业类别、行业显性比较优势及行业数字化水平的差异而呈现明显不同。
At present,institutional opening in the field of digital trade is a key point for China to promote high-level opening-up,and the opening of digital trade has an important impact on China’s climb to the middle and high-end position of global value chain(GVC)under the new development pattern.Based on the DSTRI database of ADB-MRIO(2021)and OECD,this paper constructs China’s industry panel data from 2014 to 2020 to empirically analyze the impact of digital trade opening on China’s GVC position.The results go as below:Digital trade opening has significantly promoted the boosting of China’s GVC position,in which trade cost reduction,factor allocation efficiency improvement and the incentive effect of innovation are important mechanisms.The expansion analysis shows that the promotion effect of digital trade opening on China’s GVC position is significantly different due to the differences in export market,industry category,industry explicit comparative advantage and industry digitization level.
