This study delves into intelligent service management platform under the concept of proactive health for the elderly in terms of its definition,functions,architecture,evaluation indices,application scenarios and its development trends.The architecture of"system+service+user+terminal"was adopted to develop an intelligent service management platform for supporting proactive health applications,which was utilized to establish a smart homebased elderly care service network centered on"emergency response,home care,and health services",and provide the target users with convenient,high-quality and reliable services,including inspection,nursing,rehabilitation,life care and volunteer home visits.As a pivotal tool for advancing proactive health services and medical information innovation,the platform exemplifies China's proactive approach and ingenuity in leveraging technologies to address the challenges of population aging.
