基于数字孪生的认知症老人照护系统应用探索

摘要 目的:构建认知症老人数字孪生模型,在此基础上开发认知症老龄患者照护系统。方法:以某街道社区卫生服务中心收治的50例认知症老龄患者为研究对象,获取患者6个维度(运动平衡能力、日常生活活动能力、精神状态、抑郁、社会活动能力、精神行为障碍)数据,同时获取患者的体态数据和步态数据,将所得数据进行分类、筛选、约简与计算处理,建立认知症患者的数字孪生模型,实现数字孪生映射,最后对数字孪生模型进行整合,开发认知症老人照护系统。结果:通过佩戴智能手环等检测设备采集实时数据,构建起认知症患者的数字孪生模型,动态调整认知症患者的照护方案。结论:基于数字孪生技术可实现认知症患者的高保真数字化模拟,有利于对患者的持续跟踪与监护。 Objective To build a digital-twin model for elderly patients with cognitive disorder and develop a caring system on this basis.Methods A total of 50 cases of elderly patients with cognitive disorder admitted to a community health service center of a street were selected as research subjects,and the patients' data of 6 dimensions(motor balance ability,daily life activity ability,mental state,depression,social activity ability and mental behavioral disorders) were obtained,as well as their posture data and gait data.The obtained data were classified,screened,reduced and computed,and the digital-twin model of patients with cognitive disorders was established to realize the digital-twin mapping.Finally,the digital-twin model was integrated to develop the caring system for elderly patients with cognitive disorder.Results The digital-twin model of patients with cognitive disorder was constructed by collecting real-time data through wearing smart bracelets and other testing devices,and the caring scheme of patients with cognitive disorder was dynamically adjusted.Conclusion Based on digital-twin technology,high-fidelity digital simulation of patients with cognitive disorder can be realized,which is conducive to the continuous tracking and monitoring of the patients.
