基于图数据库的《辅行诀五脏用药法要》知识图谱构建研究

摘要 目的:提取《辅行诀五脏用药法要》中五脏相关方剂和二旦六神方的相关信息,为后续开展知识问答、辅助诊疗等提供基础。方法:基于Neo4j图数据库构建《辅行诀五脏用药法要》知识图谱,通过人工整理原文内容,抽取出五脏补泻方、泻方、救诸劳损病方和二旦六神方共计39个方剂的名称、药物组成、主治症状、或然症等信息构建知识图谱。结果:在Neo4j图数据库中,共创建6类实体、7种关系,包含379个实体和628条关系,实现了《辅行诀五脏用药法要》知识图谱的构建和文本内容的可视化。结论:结合Neo4j图数据库技术构建知识图谱,具有直观、高效的特点,同时为进一步构建中医文献资源知识图谱提供数据支持。 Objective To extract the relevant prescriptions related to internal organs from the Auxiliary Notes on Drugs and Methods for Internal Organs Diseases and the relevant information from the Erdan Liushen prescriptions,to provide the basis for subsequent Q&As and assisted diagnosis and treatment.Methods Based on the Neo4j graph database,the knowledge graph of the Auxiliary Notes on Drugs and Methods for Internal Organs Diseases was constructed by manually sorting out the contents of the original text and extracting the names of the formulas,drug compositions,main symptoms,and probable syndromes of 39 prescriptions,including the formulae for tonifying and diarrheal treatment of the five organs,diarrheal formulae,formulae for rescuing all kinds of labor-induced diseases,and Erdan Liushen prescriptions,etc.Results In the Neo4j graph database,6 types of entities and 7 kinds of relationships were created,including 379 entities and 628 relationships,which realized the construction of the knowledge graph of Auxiliary Notes on Drugs and Methods for Internal Organs Diseases and the visualization of the text content.Conclusion The application of Neo4j graph database technology enables the intuitive and efficient development of knowledge graphs,providing valuable data support for the construction of knowledge graphs for TCM literature resources.
