综述国内外基于“互联网+护理”居家腹膜透析延续照护的应用进展,为互联网技术在居家腹膜透析患者延续护理中的深入推广应用提供借鉴。综合文献信息,介绍国内外“互联网+护理”在居家腹膜透析患者中的应用现状、效果及面临的挑战。国外主要通过可移动医疗设备、远程监控网站等开展延续护理服务并产生了较好的社会经济效益,国内主要通过远程健康管理服务平台、云随访、微信平台等开展延续护理服务,在提高患者自我管理、生活质量等方面具有促进作用。虽现阶段国内“互联网+护理”居家腹膜透析延续照护在资源配置、网络信息安全及政策支持等方面存在问题,但其应用效果证实了在为居家腹膜透析患者开展延续护理服务方面潜力巨大,亟待进一步探索完善。

To review the application progress of home-based extended care for peritoneal dialysis patients in the context of "Internet+ Nursing Service" at home and abroad,and to provide a valued reference for further promotion and applications of Internet technology in home-based extended care for peritoneal dialysis patients.The application status,effects and challenges of home-based "Internet + extended care" for peritoneal dialysis patients were introduced by literature synthesis.In foreign countries,extended nursing services are mainly carried out through applications of mobile medical equipment and remote monitoring websites,which have brought about good social and economic benefits.While domestically,extended nursing services are mainly carried out through remote health management service platform,cloud follow-up,WeChat platform,etc.,which have played a promoting role in improving patients' selfmanagement and quality of life.Although problems still exist in resource allocation,network information security,and policy support of Internet+ extended nursing service for peritoneal dialysis patients in China at this stage,its application effect has proved great potential in home-based extended nursing service for peritoneal dialysis patients,which needs to be further explored and improved.
